Jenna will teach on the relationship between gratitude and lament in Scripture, as we consider what it means to give thanks amidst the joys and struggles of our lives.

Jesus announced, “My house [the place of my presence] shall be called a house of prayer.” The key to encountering God’s manifest presence is to fuel our lives and churches with continual fires of fervent and effective personal and public prayer. We’ll explore how to foster life-giving communion and communication with God that ignites church renewal and revival by cultivating a vibrant culture of kingdom prayer.

Rogers serves as the Prayer Ambassador for The Evangelical Fellowship of Canada and as a core member of Ignite Prayer Canada. He has served as a pastor, district minister, and adjunct professor at several theological schools, and is the author of seven books including Pursuing God’s Presence. He is devoted to prayer and the ministry of the word, holiness and piety, the Spirit and the Scriptures. His zeal is for spiritual leadership and renewal in the church and revival in Canada. Roger lives with his wife Gail in Airdrie, Alberta.
